There are most likely dozens of pictures more in that set which keep getting more explicit. And since this is a teaser only they didn't give you all of them. Then again, most other teasers consist of something a lot more NSFW.

You're right this is just an appetiser, they get naked in a different gallery but to be honest its not that great. I think the girls look sexier here even though they are fully clothed. Khloe looks a pretty little princess in that pink dress.
